glutenous rice balls in coconut milk
Ingredients:
2cups glutenous rice powder
2cups coconut milk
1cup young coconut meat
2cups brown sugar
1/2cup water
mix rice-powder and water make a small balls, put it on a 4 cups of boiling for 5mins, wait until rice balls float, drain it.
mix 2cups coconut milk and 2cups sugar and coconut meat, boil for 15-20, stir occasionally add the cooked rice-balls. serve hot or cold
Breaded Pork Chops
Ingredients:
pork chops
bread crumbs
egg
salt
sugar
soy sauce
cooking oil
marinate pork chops with soy sauce, sugar and salt.
coat meat with egg and bread crumbs.
fry until golden brown. and serve.

Glutenous rice
chicken entails (liver,heart,gizzard,wings,some meats)
lean pork
red,yellow,green bell peppers
cooked dry peas(guisantes)
turmeric powder
hard boiled eggs
salt
garlic- minced
onions- minced
cooking oil
shrimp- (optional)
raisins- (optional)
green onions- for garnishing
Steam 3cups glutenous rice mix with turmeric powder at desired color and add 1tsp salt wait until cook. set aside.
saute garlic and onions with meat ingredients.
mix glutenous rice with the cooked ingredients.
garnish with green onions, boiled eggs and bell peppers.
add cooked shrimp- optional

Stuffed Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
-potatoes-diced
-carrot-diced
-green peas
-chicken wings
-eggs-beaten
-garlic-minced
-onion-sliced
-vegetable oil
- corn kernels
1.Debone wings to form pouchlike and marinate
2.saute-garlic,onion,add extra meat taken from wings,potatoes,and carrot. Add water to tender.Add season.
3.Beaten eggs to thickens stuffing to avoid watery
4.Let it cool and fill the wings
5.Seal its opening with corn starch,dip in beaten eggs and roll to the flour
6.Fry till golden brown.Gravy is optional.

-flour
-bread crumbs

-375 degrees Fa. 30mins.
-Frying, for best results

-stir fried glass noodles
